We charge a nominal fee of 3% for any exchange operation that is conducted on an on-the-spot basis and involves fiat currency (regular money, for example USD to Bitcoin), and 1% for crypto-to-crypto exchange (For example, Ethereum to Bitcoin),
in order to protect ourselves against exposure to the volatility of the markets, cover our expenses, and ensure the profitability of our operation.
The afforementioned fee does not include any additional fees collected by payment providers or your bank.
On the market-based exchange which we are running, there are no fees as of now, since it still in Beta phases.
